The laws, rules and regulations of Republic of India shall only apply to this contract.
It is hereby specifically agreed by the parties that in case of any dispute, the cause of action will be deemed to have arisen in Baroda(Gujarat-India) and the court situated at Baroda alone shall have the jurisdiction to hear and determine all actions and proceedings arising out of or concerning this contract and no other court shall have jurisdiction in the said matters.
